Completing the personal story on a level 80 after boost? Hallo Friends. I boosted a Revenant and started gearing pvp. In 2012 i completed personal story on asura thief. Elementalist right now is probably one of the hardest classes to play. Their high end DPS is tops, but very difficult to execute. I think the top dps parse for them is north of 50k. But the average players in same gear and spec are getting about 30k. So skill for this class is a difference of 20k dps.
If you bought it through the game itself you might need to log out and back in. usually it is almost instant. though in game you have to trigger the story in the story journal to start getting access. Usually almost instant. If it takes more than 2 hours I'd be mildly concerned.

Once you hit the mainland, level 20 is a handful of normal quests away. For Nightfall - It takes about double the time to
Level 80 is the point where GW2 really opens up. You can basically go anywhere and do anything at that point. There's very little you have to do to progress and most of what is there is area specific (like getting agony resistance for higher tier Fractals, or training masteries to move around the expansions more easily) so what you focus on is
at least 3 days if you play day and night and day and night and day and night. Totally possible, 24 hours gets you to level 30, and the leveling curve doesn't increase as we all know so. very possible if you are one of those "i want to be the first to 80" and go grind fest 24-7.
